An homage to the work of Tehching Hsieh...
Over the course of twelve months I will create an art work in lived time.
Each month will require the completion of a daily task for the duration of the entire month.
At the end of 12 months these tasks will make a rhythm in my life as it is lived.
Anyone who becomes aware of this art work is invited to create it for themselves.

Stay Awake - Pay Attention
Non object art means you have nothing to show for what you do, nothing to hide behind and maybe very little to talk about. It means to make art without hoping for a watcher.
Through actions or non-actions we create shapes and rhythms in our lives.
The most profound aesthetic experiences of our lives are the art works we live in real time. My purpose is to become aware of and cultivate those aesthetic experiences.
